Returns

We accept eligible returns within 15 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as received
  • The item must not be worn, washed, or altered
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging
  • The return request must be made within 15 days of delivery

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return, including:

  • Personal care items, including underwear or similar products
  • Gift cards, if applicable
  • Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.

After reviewing your request, we will provide an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected:

  • You will receive an email confirming the status of your refund
  • If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method

Refund Time

Please allow up to 10 business days after we receive and inspect your returned item for the refund to be processed.

Once the refund has been issued, the time it takes to appear in your account may also depend on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for standard returns
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, Vracox will cover the applicable return shipping cost
  • Original shipping charges, if any, may not be refundable

Lost Returns

Vracox is not responsible for items lost or damaged while being returned to us.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping your return shipping receipt until your return has been successfully processed.
